Q1: Do I also certify my garden on this NABA site?

A: You can certify your garden through our Butterfly Garden Habitat Program here.

Butterfly Counts

Q2: Can I pay my butterfly count fees here?

A: Yes, you can pay your fees via a donation to the Butterfly Monitoring Program. Just make sure to include in your comment the name of your butterfly count, the number of participants and any copies of the count report being purchased, if any.

Update Member Information

Q4: How do I change my credit card information if it needs to be updated?

A: You can update your credit card by logging into your account. Once you are logged in, click your name which will bring you to Membership details, then click Update credit card.

Q5: How can I update my contact information?

A: Once logged in, click on your name in the top right of the screen, then click the button that says "Edit Profile".

Q6: How can I change my level of support?

A: Once logged in, click on your name in the top right of the screen, and in your profile details, next to your membership level, click the Change link.

Q7: How do I change the type of publication I receive?

A: Login to your account: www.membership.naba.org, click on your name, click Edit profile, scroll down to "How would you like to receive your NABA magazines", select Digital or Print.
