A: We wanted to provide a simplified experience for joining NABA, renewing memberships, and accessing our digital periodicals.

Q2: Do I also certify my garden on this NABA site?

A: You can certify your garden through our Butterfly Garden Habitat Program here.

Q3: How do I change my credit card information if it needs to be updated?

A: You can update your credit card by logging into your account. Once you are logged in, click your name which will bring you to Membership details, then click Update credit card.

Q4: Can I pay my butterfly count fees here?

A: No, you will want to go here.

Q5: Can I make a donation when I join NABA?

A: You can make a donation to NABA here.

Q6: How can I update my contact information?

A: Once logged in, click on your name in the top right of the screen, then click the button that says "Edit Profile".

Q7: How can I change my level of support?

A: Once logged in, click on your name in the top right of the screen, and in your profile details, next to your membership level, click the Change link.
